The mother of two looked incredibly hot in a short sequin dress which had a gold and black zebra print. She also complimented the look with a strappy sandal, metallic clutch bag and a gold choker. The stunning model showed off her perfect figure and long legs as she celebrated her 35th birthday yesterday evening at a club in West Hollywood. She was accompanied by her fiancé and father of her two children, Jamie Mazur. Also in attendance were close pals Taylor Swift and Lily Aldridge.
