4 things to do after leaving a bad relationship (Shalom Enudi)


1. Create a distance between you and the
one responsible for your heartbreak, It’s important for your peace of mind to create a considerable distance between you and the other person. This will give you a chance to concentrate on yourself and your needs. You can’t do this if you have that person coming around you again.


2. Find a support system
You’ll certainly need people around you to
take your mind of the bad experiences you
faced. Since you are emotionally drained,
you’ll need a support system of people who
can help back on your feet.

3. Know your boundaries and stick to it Most times relationships turn horrible as a result of emotional manipulation of one partner by the other partner. It’s best to
recognize when a relationship is getting
toxic and draw a line by calling their attention when they step out of that boundary.

4. Take care of your mind and body
Commit to taking care of not just your mind
but your body. It’ll help you both de-stress
and keeps you healthy. Learn to meditate or
pray, eat good food and exercise. You’ll realize that you are calmer and you have peace within you.
