Milla: Barcelona are favourites to beat Atletico

The former Barca star insists that his former club can progress to the Champions League semi-finals, though he has warned they must be "careful" in their endeavours
Luis Milla insists Barcelona are favourites to defeat Atletico Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final, but they will have to be "very precise".
Barca won 2-1 in the first leg at Camp Nou, with Fernando Torres sent off for Atletico in an ill-tempered game.

Milla, who spent a total of seven years at Barcelona, accepts that the Catalan giants face a tough encounter against Diego Simeone's miserly side, but feels they can overcome the Rojiblancos if they perform to their best.
Speaking exclusively to Goal, Milla said: "They are partly favourite for the result and how it comes in competition, but they will have to work. Atletico have a team that does not give you concessions, do not give away anything, does things very well, does not leave a space. We saw that the other day."
Milla does, however, believe that Atletico's gameplay indirectly led to Torres' dismissal.
"A circumstance it gave was Atletico was left with one less player and that weighs heavily at this level, especially against a team like Barcelona in the Camp Nou," he added.
"He was firm, it was very difficult to overcome that game. It was a fair result. But Atletico Madrid will fight for every minute, every metre, every ball. That's what Barcelona will find.
"Barcelona knows it will be so, they will have to be very careful, very precise. Because if they go 10-15 minutes of the game, Atletico is not going to forgive them."
